From the Deputies

Mrs Ruth Callery and Ms Mary Craven

As we head into the holiday break we encourage you all to take the time to reflect on the incredible achievements of the past term - a strong onsite start, solid and positive work and interactions during remote learning and then a re-settling once again onsite these last 2 weeks.

We are now past the shortest day of the year and in theory  will start to head toward longer days and warmer weather. The holidays will hopefully allow you all to draw breath, rest and recuperate and take time to laugh, enjoy the company of loved ones and do activities that add joy to your days and weeks. A renewed focus on sleep, eating well and exercise will support the overall wellbeing of each family member too at this time.

Below is an opportunity recently shared by the City of Port Philip that may be of interest to families. https://www.getactive.vic.gov.au/vouchers/ The Get Active Kids Voucher Program helps eligible families get their kids involved in organised sport and recreation activities by reimbursing the cost of membership and registration fees, uniforms and equipment. Eligible children may be able to receive up to $200 each.

We are so proud of all that the children have succeeded at during Term Two. Wishing you all a safe and happy holiday break and we look forward to working with you in Term Three.
