Physical Education News

The PE team have been busy putting together a challenge to encourage students to set themselves a 5 week goal based around their physical activity with the "Home Group Physical Activity Challenge", with prize's each week for the winning Home Group.

 

There are 6 areas to choose from: Walking, Running, Cycling, Flexibility, Strength and Dance. The students set themselves a goal based on one of these areas of interest and then work towards this over the next 5 weeks. 

 

Each lesson, the teachers will speak to the students about their goals and ways in which they can support them to achieve their goals.
