Dear God,

During this season of Lent,

Give us the strength to be aware of others who need our help,

To keep our Lenten promises and

Remind me to pray to you more.

We thank you for this world that you gave us and how fortunate we are to sleep under a roof and eat and drink every day.

May today be filled with love and happiness in this world we live in.

Please help all people to be kind this Lent.

Give all people the courage to forgive others.
