Respectful Relationships

Our school captains, Cleo and Gaia, have been working on promoting the Respectful Relationships program at our school. They have made posters and have been visiting classrooms to discuss RR with students. Below is an excerpt from their speech:

MPS is a Respectful Relationships school. We teach our children how to build healthy relationships by modelling respect, resilience, positive attitudes and behaviour. It is also about respecting each other equally and gender equality.

Students can look out for library books with gold stickers on the spine- these are RR books.

In Term 3, we will begin Student Action Teams with Kate Wilde in grade 3-6. There will be more information on how to get involved about this next term.
