School Council Report

Dear Families

Everything we do as a school community makes our school work better and our kids get a better experience.  So we need you!

SCHOOL COMMITTEES

If you are interested in volunteering for any of our school committees please email chps_schoolcouncil@cliftonhillps.vic.edu.au

The Committees are:

·       Building and Grounds

·       Community Building

·       Fundraising

·       Gender Wise

·       Finance

SAVE THE DATES: A few key dates we ask you to reserve in your diary:

·       26 July: Annual Raffle Draw

·       2 August: Community Bush Dance

·       7 September: Trivia Night

We also need volunteers to organise year level afternoon teas. These worked well last year, where we organised coffee carts and baked goods for sale after school one afternoon. Money raised went to a charity of choice. Please email the generic email address  chps_schoolcouncil@cliftonhillps.vic.edu.au  and list what year would like to organise an afternoon tea for. We will then lock in dates for the year.

Thank you all for your continued support and we look forward to an influx of volunteers to help with the important work in our school.

ANNUAL SCHOOL FUNDRAISING RAFFLE

We are again holding our fundraising raffle this year and require prizes.  Please contact the fundraising committee with pledges for the raffle by 31 May.

We will also need a group of helpers to finalise collateral for the raffle in late June and also to agree and develop future fundraising activities.
