Band Raffle Ticket Reminder
A reminder that raffle ticket stubs and money are due back at the office this Friday 1st November. Thank you to those who have already returned them.
Remember, tickets are $1 each and are to raise funds for the School Band Programme. Please write your name and phone number on your ticket and return the other half to the office in the envelope.
The raffle will be drawn at the Evening of Music November 7th at One Community Church and prizes include a Wheelbarrow, $25 Lush Café voucher, Scholastic Book bundle and gourmet hampers. Winners will be notified on the night, and prizes collected then, or from the school office from 8th November onwards.
Donations for Hampers
If you are able to support the raffle by donating any gourmet goodies, wine or any non-perishable items which could go into one of our hampers, please drop the donations at the school office by Friday 1st November. Thank you to those who have already made donations.

Our Evening of Music is only 1 week away! All welcome!
Come and see performances from all the BPS ensembles - the Training, Concert and Symphonic Bands, Percussion Ensemble, Flute Ensemble, Beginner Guitar, Advanced Guitar and the BPS Choir. We especially encourage Grade 2 families who are interested in the band program in 2020 to come along and see what it's all about!

Ticket prices are:
Family (2 adults, 2 children) $10
Adult $5
Child $2
Children under 5 are free
*Ticket bookings do attract a small surcharge.
A note for Band families: Tickets are only required for those watching the performance - performing band students do not require a ticket.
Sign Up Genius Helpers for Evening of Music
We will need volunteers to help the Evening of Music to run as smoothly as possible, and as parents of children in our bands/ensembles we would be very grateful of your support on the night. We require helpers for afternoon set-up (during school hours) as well as during the evening. Thank you!
