Sports Report

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, School Sports Victoria have advised that all inter-school sporting events and competitions from Tuesday 17th March will be postponed immediately until further notice.

This means the following competitions will not be running on the following dates:

Thursday 19th March – LMR Swimming

Tuesday 24th March – Campaspe Intermediate and Senior Tennis

Thursday 26th March – Campaspe Junior Tennis.

Students and Parents will be notified as soon as information comes to hand regarding future dates for these sporting events and any further postponements in Term 2, if applicable.

Senior Boys Cricket

The Senior boys cricket side competed in Bendigo on the 10th March. Our first match didn’t go to plan going down to CMC with Angus Martin getting man of the match. Our second match against Mildura saw us win in the second last over with Angus scoring 101. Unfortunately the results weren’t  enough for the team to move onto the next round.

Clay Target Shooting

Congratulations goes to Izzy Keirl who come away with a win at the Bar-Rook Clay Target Shoot on Monday 16th March.  Izzy shot 21/24 clays, the most for the day, winning the Girls High Gun Shoot for the second year in a row.  Great work, Izzy!
