Year 12 Chemistry

Last week, the Year 12 Chemistry students visited the University of Melbourne to participate in an Outreach Program. 

At the School of Chemistry, students used an array of instruments to confirm the identify of some unknown organic molecules. They interpreted and analysed data from mass spectrometry, infra-red spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
