Swimming at Aquamoves 2023

SWIMMING AT AQUAMOVES                                                    by 2/3R

This year our Swimming Program was at Aquamoves in Shepparton. We travelled there by bus. We all appreciated being able to swim in a heated pool and nobody said they were cold and wanted to get out (which used to happen often at the outdoor pool). The instructors were very experienced and made the lessons fun. We all improved our swimming skills and we also learnt how to rescue someone who was in trouble in the water. We learnt not to get in the water to help them because the drowning person might panic and pull us under the water. Everyone really enjoyed the Swimming Program and we hope we can go to Aquamoves again next year.

Responsible Pet Ownership

Students enjoyed meeting Kristy Wilkinson and her dog Ernie whilst learning the responsibilities of being a pet owner.
