The Weekly Edit

Today we were treated to a stunning view from the playground and classrooms and it was perfect weather to enjoy our NAIDOC week activities.
Students in years 7-10 got to take part in cooking johnny cakes with Tammy & Rosie, learning about indigenous artefacts with Tim, art/face painting with Joanne and Karmen and playing traditional games in the stadium. You can view photos from today in the NAIDOC page.
Senior School Families (especially current year 10 students) - please save the date of Wednesday July 26th - check out the Senior School Expo and Info evening page for more details. Selecting senior school subjects is an important step and this year all of our year 10 and 11 students are expected to book in for a consultation with Jo Macklan, our careers and pathways practitioner, to ensure a smooth transition into 2024. Parents are also welcome to attend with their student or can book a separate appointment.

Here in our library Shaun Tan's 'The Lost Thing' is a popular book - in class news you can view the sculptures that year 7 made in art with Nicole Lodge inspired by this book.
Anxiety in teens - Join renowned author and speaker Karen Young for a free workshop tomorrow night (Tuesday 18 July) 6.30pm to 8pm at Wodonga Senior Secondary College (lecture theatre). See the wellbeing page for more details.
