Hospitality

Students have been applying their culinary skills in a competition format. The Mater Chef is the annual event that is  always a highlight for Year 12 students where Miss Hazelwood creates a challenging menu for students to re-create. The complexity of the dishes and time constraints adds some real pressure to the event. The judges were once again impressed with the quality of the processes and results the students displayed.
