Congratulations

Well done to Lawson who proudly represented OLA in the annual WA Schools MTB Championship for Year 5 and Year 6 students. Lawson participated in a 30-minute cross country race held at the Goat Farm Mountain Bike Farm in Greenmount with around 60 competitors.

At the end of the event, Lawson had the opportunity to meet Sam Hill, former two-time Down Hill World MTB Champion and present Enduro World MTB Champion. Lawson was extremely happy to have both his medal and helmet signed by Sam. Congratulations Lawson!

L'Arche Perth Fundraiser

Tickets are on sale via the Parish or School Office. L'Arche was a joint initiative of Jean Vanier and a Dominican priest in the 60s. Tickets are $25 with delicious Indian/Asian style dinner at just a mere $7.

With swimming pools and beaches a big part of the Western Australian lifestyle, ensuring your children can swim competently and safely is essential.  You can now enrol your children in VacSwim swimming lessons during the October and December/January school holidays.

VacSwim is for all children - from beginners to more advanced swimmers and young people doing their Bronze Medallion.
