Parent-teacher-student interviews

As detailed in the Term 3 and 4 updated calendar, we are preparing to release reports this Friday afternoon at 2pm and then to undertake our first remote Parent Teacher Student Interviews next week. 

Given the current restrictions, Trinity will be using the Teams platform for these remote interviews with families on September 3rd 9.30-5.30pm. You will need to use your home computer or smart device (phone, ipad) and personal email for these interviews.

We will send you detailed instructions on how to participate in this in the next couple of days.

Prior to the day 

Parents will book online through the usual process in PAM. Interviews will be scheduled in 15-minute time slots. The booking system for these will be opened late on Friday with the time to be confirmed.

It is important that parents do NOT use a Trinity college email for the interviews, as this address will bypass the lobby function placing you immediately into the current interview. Families are encouraged to use their private email address rather than to use their student’s device and email for the interviews.

Full time staff will have 25 available timeslots so please ensure that you request interviews with teachers in core subjects and specific areas of need for your child. For some teachers and subjects there will be limited access due to the time required to conduct the process online, but, as always, you are more than welcome to email teachers with your queries outside of this process and arrange a discussion.

Please note that Ms Vicki Andres and Mr Daniel Barnett will not be available on this day for interviews but welcome parents to contact them directly for discussions regarding their child.
