SAINTS BOARDING

News from Brett Toombs

Exeat Weekend

The boarding community is enjoying an exeat weekend. However, this is only a long weekend for St Augustine’s students, as at St Monica’s it's a normal school day on Monday. Boarding residences will reopen at 3pm on Sunday afternoon for the girls, with a 6pm dinner for those who have returned. The girls are reminded about the 8pm deadline to be back in residence on Sunday night. If returning Monday morning, families are asked to please let Mrs Duffy know well in advance.

Weekend Outings

On the last two weekends, our boarders have travelled up the Gillies Highway to the Tablelands to enjoy an overnight camp and take in the Yungaburra Markets. Both activities were highly enjoyable, and the students very much enjoyed the water activities on offer.
