Student Support Teams

This year the traditional wellbeing teams and the integration teams have combined to become Student Support Teams.  This year we have one team per campus that works alongside our teachers in neighbourhoods to provide support to all students. 

 

The team is focussed on delivering a range of supports that relate to the following areas: learning, material basics, mental health, physical health, cared for and safe and participation.  The team will work on whole school activities, small group and at the individual level to support each student to achieve at school. 

 

We have appointed psychologists and social workers to lead our student support teams with the following person at each campus:

 

Robyn McCully (Wanganui Campus)

Simone Nolan (McGuire Campus)

Kerrie Young (Mooroopna Campus)

 

Students learning mentors, house leaders and neighbourhood leaders will work with these teams to ensure students can receive additional support.

Breakfast Program

The Wellbeing team at each campus are VERY excited to be delivering a free breakfast program. For cereal, toast, milo and fruit juice (and occasionally some other treats at times!). Every morning between 7:45am-8:45am.
