Trustees visit to Killester College
The Trustees visited Killester College on 2 May, marking the recommencement of the Ministerial visits by the Trustees, after the COVID years prevented school visits. Each year the Trustees attempt to visit two ministries during the course of their meeting time. It gives them an opportunity to meet with the principal or community leader, to keep abreast of capital developments and future project and to meet with the staff and students.
The Trustees were very taken with the new St Brigid Senior Learning Centre, which was almost ready for occupancy. The building boasts wonderful flexible learning spaces as well as places for the senior students to gather and socialised. The hospitality students prepared a delicious lunch for the Trustees and the College’s leadership team. Congratulations to all at Killester for the realisation of this dream.
