Angela Ryan csb OAM inducted into Kilbreda's Past Pupils of Distinction Hall of Fame

Kilbreda’s Past Pupil’s Association hosted a fabulous evening on Saturday 6 May. Past Pupils of Distinction were recognised and celebrated.  Through this program, the College recognises past pupils who have achieved outstanding success and excellence in their fields of endeavour, have made a positive difference in the lives of others and embody the Brigidine and Kilbreda motto of Strength and Kindliness. Sr Angela Ryan, former student and former Principal of Kilbreda College was inducted for her many years of dedicated work with the victims of child sexual abuse by the institutionalised Church.  She gave an emotional and poignant response, covering significant moments but never losing sight of the victims and their needs. Those gathered replied with a standing ovation, appreciating Angela’s dedication, care and sensitivity for the victims she helped.   Congratulations Sr Angela, you have been a giant in this space.
