This role is still available-either in a shared capacity or as a singular role. Your involvement would require attending monthly meetings at school and helping, together with other committee members, to plan, organise and implement fundraisers and social events for St Mary’s.

We are also very keen for new parents & carers to join the p&f committee-please come along to our next meeting on Thursday 1st June at 2pm at school. All very welcome!
Toast
Toast is available each morning between 8:30am-8:50am prior to the commencement of the school day for those students who would like a piece before they begin their learning.
Thank you to our wonderful volunteers who enable this to happen! If you would like to volunteer, please let Clare, Jo or Krystal in the office know!
Friday Sushi Lunch Orders-Lunch Box Sushi Castlemaine
Sushi is available to be ordered for school lunch each Friday. Orders need to be placed and paid for online via the school lunch online website prior to 5pm each Thursday. Please note there has been a small increase in the price of sushi for the business to cover their expenses-sushi is now $3.50 per roll.
Second Hand School Uniforms
Second hand school uniforms are available at school if you are in need of any items.
If you have any good quality second hand items that you are happy to donate, please bring them along to the school office. Thank you!

Class Parent/Carer Representative
We are seeking one or two (could be a shared role) parent/carer representatives for each classroom. This will be a contact person for information regarding the class. If you would like to fill this role, please leave your name and number at the school office. Thank you!
Ladies Catch Up
We had a lovely breakfast and chat at Saff’s a couple of Sunday mornings ago. It was so great to catch up with old & new friends! Stay tuned for our next ladies catch up next month!
Men’s Catch Up
We hope those who were able to make it along to the men’s night last Friday enjoyed themselves & the exciting footy match! Stay tuned for our next men’s catch up!
Mother’s Day Breakfast
On behalf of all the families at St Mary’s we would like to say a very big THANK YOU to all the staff and students involved in preparing the beautiful breakfast last Friday morning-it was so lovely to sit down and enjoy this time together as a school community! Special thanks also to Stacey & Kaylene for the gorgeous flowers you provided for students to give to their Mums, grandmothers and special people in their lives.
Mother’s Day - Flowers for the weekend church services
Thank you to the lovely mums who so kindly gave their time to collect and contribute gorgeous flowers for the masses over the Mother’s Day weekend to be given to all the mums/special people-they added a lovely touch to the services!
Open Morning
Thank you to the parents who helped out by providing some delicious food and/or chatting with prospective school families on Tuesday morning at the school’s open day. It was a lovely morning reflecting on all the wonderful qualities of St Mary’s! Thank you also to some of the senior students who helped direct some visitors through the school and engaged in activities with the children visiting.
Next P&F Meeting
