Would you like to challenge yourself?  What if you could communicate with your children in German and support their learning outside their 1 x50 minute lesson each week?  

All of our students from Year 3-6 have an online DUOLINGO account.  Among the many language learning sites on the internet, this one is very user friendly, appropriate for our students, and FREE. Our teacher account on Duolingo for schools allows us to create classrooms to monitor students' activity and progress as well as assigning specific tasks for them to do.

So, here’s our challenge for you:

• Create your own account at www.duolingo.com.   We recommend that you use a username we can recognise - eg. LEdwards,  LibbyE,  Emma C  
• Join our LNPS STAFF/PARENTS ‘classroom at www.duolingo.com/classroom/xwxzfa
  It will ask you to join Frau Edwards’ classroom - Click on YES, join.
• Start learning German with Duo (owl mascot)
