2020 FETE

Expression of interest....

We are looking for a sub committee for the Fete to work along side our Parents & Friends to help plan & prepare for our School Fete scheduled for the 13th March 2020.

Extra hands makes lighter work. 

We want to make it bigger and better than previous years, but we need help to make this possible.  So if you are able to help in any way please complete the attached expression of interest form and return to the school office.

You will not be alone, full support and assistance will come from the parents and friends. 

Please complete and return the office if you are interested.

UPDATED - 2020 SCHOOL FETE

This will be held on Friday 13th March 2020

We had a very successful Fete meeting last night and new ideas were suggested.

SAVE THE DATE: 13th March 2020 from 4.30pm to 7.30pm.

Some exciting things we have in store for next years fete:

  • Sumo wrestling is back
  • 10 plus independent stalls
  • Lots of amazing raffle prizes
  • New games and activities
  • Choc coin toss
  • Camel rides

We are always open to new ideas or if you would like to be on the Fete committee please let us know.

NEW - Fete Volunteers

To help ensure some of our stalls run smoothly, we are calling for families to assist with some time in helping on a stall.  Tasks, times and stalls are listed on the form attached below.  

Please fill in relevant information and return to the school by Friday 28th February.

NEW - Annual General Meeting

Our AGM will be held following our Bi-Annual Fete, with the date to be confirmed.  

We would love to see some new faces join us to help with new ideas to provide social events for our students and families and fundraising opportunities to assist with providing those little extras for all our students here at St Mary's. 

We are a small group of parents who love to see the enjoyment our events and activities and funds raised, bring to our children, but as we are all busy working parents, we really do need some extra help to come on board to help and support our wonderful Parents & Friends Association.
