Principal's Announcements

Welcome Back!

Welcome back to school everyone!  We have had a brilliant start to the year with all students settling into their classrooms smoothly.  Our new Preps have had an excellent week and are having a well earned day off today!  I would like to take this opportunity to thank the teachers who spent many days in the holidays preparing the classrooms.  The rooms look fantastic!

St Mary's is once again hosting the Gr 6 students from around the Goulburn Valley at our Leadership Day next Wednesday.  There is a great program planned with key speakers Bianca Chatfield (ex Australian Netball Captain), Fr Rob Galea and Richmond Premiership players Marlion Pickett and Shai Bolton.

Support For Regulating Emotions

The CASEA Program is an early intervention service for young children (focusing mainly on children in Prep to Year 3) with challenging behaviours and difficulties in regulating emotions.  If you would like your child to take part in the program or have any questions please contact me at school.  See flyer below:

Bingo Donation

Thank you to the St Mary's Bingo team who have passed on their quarterly donation of $3000 to the school.  St Mary's Bingo have provided much needed financial support for over 40 years and we have benefitted in a variety of ways including the blocks of land in Hall St and significant contributions towards building works.  Once again this year we need volunteers to assist with Bingo.  If you are interested in helping out please contact John Kiss on 0418 577 289.
