Principal's Update

From the Principal

It is hard to believe that we are almost at the end of what has been another productive school term! Term 3 has been filled with quality teaching and learning opportunities for our students both within and beyond the classroom, including events such as Education Week Open Day, Athletics Carnivals, PSSA, SRC Fundraising events, Book Week, Stage 3 Camp and Swim Scheme. We are all looking forward to celebrating Variety Night with our families and friends at 6pm this Saturday evening. Be sure to join us at Cherrybrook Technology High School for a spectacular night of singing, dancing and drama. 

I wish our students, families and staff a safe, happy and healthy holiday break and I look forward to seeing everyone return to school for a fantastic final term of 2018. 

Staffing - Term 4

Next term we will welcome Miss Edwards and Miss Munday back from Maternity Leave. Mrs O'Connor and Mrs Upton have extended their leave until the end of the 2018 school year. Mr Curmi will also be taking leave during Term 4. Please note the following changes commencing in Term 4:

1/2 Orange - Miss Gabriel (Monday & Tuesday) and Miss Edwards (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

3/4 Blue - Mr Yee (Monday & Tuesday) and Miss Munday (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday)

3/4 Sapphire - Mrs Sheaves (Monday & Tuesday) and Ms Lum (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday)

Miss Howard will continue in her role with us at Dundas Public School for the remainder of the year.

Term 4 Dates & Uniform 

School resumes on Monday 15th October 2018 for all staff and students. Students are expected to wear full Summer uniform from the commencement of Term 4. 

Kindergarten 2019

Our Ready, Set Kindy Orientation program is happening early in Term 4. If you have a child commencing Kindergarten in 2019, or you know a friend in our local catchment area who has a child starting with us next year, please ensure the necessary enrolment forms are completed as soon as possible.
