COLLINGWOOD TOY LIBRARY

The Collingwood toy library is a community-owned resource for families in the City of Yarra and surrounding areas, operated on a non-profit basis and managed by a committee of volunteer members who are elected annually.

We are getting in touch with local schools in the area to promote our activities and resources for school-age children.

We have recently added a large collection of  board games for school-aged children and more games in foreign languages including Chinese, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Spanish and Vietnamese. We also have a board games club and holiday activities, as well as other family-friendly community events throughout the year.

A WINDOW TO THE PAST - EXHIBITION

With a photography career spanning decades, Jim Berg, a Gunditjmara Elder, turns his focus to Scar Trees. These trees are a window to the past, bearing witness to the way of life and freedom for Victoria’s First Peoples.

Scar Trees are a reminder of the past and are a link to all trees.
