Important information about Work Experience for Year 10

• Work Experience is organised on an individual basis at a time that suits both the employer and student.
• Karen Murray is available to discuss Work Experience every Monday during lunchtime in the Nagle Rice room. The process is explained to the student at this time.
• There is paperwork to be filled out and Work Experience is not approved until this has been completed. All paperwork must be completed at least 10 working days before the placement. If parents ring the school to say that a student is on Work Experience, and it has not been arranged through Karen Murray, they will be noted as absent, not Work Experience. There is no insurance cover for Work Experience that has not been approved by Karen Murray.
