Learning new skills

From classroom to work

On Friday 26 July, a select group of students from Special Education, participated in an introductory day of work experience at Hoxton Park Industries. After the initial tour, it was time to learn some new skills in assembling cardboard templates, to protect timber door corners from getting damaged.  It was challenging to begin with.

The students finished with three full boxes and were asked to come again. We will see what our line of work will be next week.

Work experience continues every Friday until the end of term.

Thank you to Hoxton Park Industries for providing our students with this wonderful opportunity.
