Primary Cross Country

The Primary Cross Country Presentations will be on Tuesday 28 June at 8:40am in the Covered Assembly Space. 

Parents/Carers who child/ren came first or second in Year 1 to Year 6 races are welcome to attend. Well done everyone on your efforts today. You were all fantastic!

Saturday Netball

Last weekend marked the season's halfway point for our Salvado Netball teams, participating in the winter competition at Serpentine Jarrahdale Netball Association. What a great first half of the season it has been!

Our under 10’s teams, the Salvado Storm, Salvado Sparklers and Salvado Stars are having so much fun and learning so many new skills, it is incredible to see just how far they have come already. 

Our under 13’s teams, the Salvado Saints and Salvado Swifts, are doing extremely well, both teams are in good positions on the ladder. 

For the first time Salvado have a team in the under 17’s division, the Salvado Strikers. The Strikers are the youngest team in their division and are doing very well. 

 We have a great playing group who always display good sportsmanship. We look forward to seeing what our players will achieve in the second half of the season.

COVID has provided us a few challenges, but our Netball community works together, ensuring that absent players, coaches and team manager positions are covered and we haven’t had to forfeit a game yet.

A huge thank you to Byford Districts Country Club, Hogs Breath Cafe Kelmscott and McDonald’s for providing weekly player achievement awards to our players, it is very much appreciated.

On the 12th of June some of our playing group headed up to the RAC Arena to watch the West Coast Fever v Adelaide Thunderbirds, in their last home game. It was a terrific experience for the players and their families, being part of the Fever Green Army.
