Years 7-9

FOOD TECHNOLOGY

Year 7 students have been cooking in Food Technology since Week 2 of this term. So far they have made Chocolate truffles, cooked pancakes and French toast. Students are enjoying preparing and cooking their food especially as they have cooked in the Brookside kitchen before. Cleaning has been a bit of a challenge but slowly and surely we are getting there. Looking forward to a exciting FTEC term ahead.
