Year 7 Discovery Expeditions in Full Swing

The Year 7 Discovery Expeditions are still in full swing and coming to an end today.

During their time on Discovery the Year 7 students and staff have walked 10km along the Larapinta Trail from Simpson's Gap to Wallaby Gap. Abseiled down a small but intimidating piece of rock; orienteered whilst traversing the nearby rolling hills; slept under the stars or under a shelter; visited the Desert Park and have ridden to or from school on the new mountain bike fleet.

The temperatures have been kind to the Year 7 students, and they should have all come home with a new One Planet sleeping bag that they will need to look after and maintain for Years 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 expeditions.
