Myamba Update

In Term 2, week 8 we started step up. In step up we began new subjects such DigiTech, Visual Arts and a newly introduced subject called Student Attributes Program (SAP for short). 

A few weeks ago, the Murdock kids went over to Langwarrin Primary school and they helped out with the tee-ball practice for the inter school sports team over at their school. 

In addition to this, the year 7 inter school sports went really well to, the soccer team and netball team both went through undefeated and moved on to the SMR Finals. However, the footy team was doing very well, until the last game, when they played Frankston. They were 20 points down at half time, and in the last few minutes, they pulled the scores tighter but sadly just lost, by 7 points, meaning they could not qualify for the SMR Finals. 

Lastly, all the way back in week 6, many of our year 7s went to the Northern Peninsula Division Cross Country, after they did a cross country race at school with many kids qualifying for regionals, and one of the girls even winning! 

In the last week of term the year 7s have got their first ever high school reports.
