1:1 iPad Program for Year Three in 2022

A big thank you to all parents who have read through the letter sent out last week regarding the Miners Rest Primary School's 1:1 iPad Program. Below are a couple of points to keep in mind when moving into the program for next year:

Parent Information Afternoon

A parent information afternoon will be held at 5:00pm on Wednesday 27th October 2021. Details on how to join the Webex will be sent out on Monday 25th October. This information afternoon will give details on the program, including: 

  • What is the program?
  • Why adopt this approach?
  • Why iPad?
  • Safety and security.
  • Practicality.
  • Implementation.

iPad Setup Guide

Towards the end of Term 4, you will receive a guide that will help you to set up your new device. This will give detailed information on:

  • Choosing a device.
  • Accessories.
  • Apps you will need to download.
  • Security.
  • How to activate your iTunes account.
