Pentecost

This Sunday is Pentecost. This feast is of great importance as it marks the coming of the Holy Spirit and reminds us that Jesus's promise, that God would send the Holy Spirit, was fulfilled.

I encourage you to take a moment this weekend to sit, reflect and pray. Feel the warmth of the Spirit in your life, as it is the link for us between heaven and earth. You may like to pray the following prayer:

Prayer for Pentecost

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your spirit and they shall be created, and you shall renew the face of the Earth. Nothing can separate us from your love. Come and transform us.

St Patrick – Pray for us

Blessed Edmund Rice – Pray for us.

Live Jesus in our hearts – Forever.
