Congratulations! Winner announced...

Congratulations to Laura V in 5/6N who has been announced as the winner of the National Reconciliation Week colouring competition! Laura received a $100 Booktopia voucher for her incredible work. Our school library also received a $100 Booktopia voucher thanks to Laura's amazing efforts. 

National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is commemorated every year (May 27th - June 3rd), giving Australians the opportunity to learn more about Aboriginal Australian and Torres Strait Islander history and culture, and to celebrate Indigenous culture. 

Indigenous Australian children’s book author and illustrator, Dub Leffler, created a colouring sheet inspired by his picture book, Once There Was a Boyfor the NRW Reading Australia competition.
