Dear Families
School Review
Our external School Review began on Monday. Judith Gurvich conducted an assessment to ensure that we met all the compliance regulations for the Victorian Registration Qualification Authority (VRQA). She also conducted a 'Child Safe Assessment'.
Our policies, practices and procedures indicate that we have met all the necessary compliance requirements. A Record of Review will be forwarded to the Catholic Education Melbourne and in time we will receive a copy.
Judith will now undertake a Review of our school to assist us to determine our School Improvement Plan for the next four years. This will take some time. As a school staff we have forwarded our evidence of practice. Judith will conduct several online meetings with staff, and a representative group of parents and students. These will take place on September 8th and 9th. Details to follow.
Judith will facilitate a meeting with myself and the school Leadership Team and a representative from the CEM Regional Office in early Term 4, (October 9th) to determine our future School Improvement Plan.
