Activity Grids

Lower Primary have been describing items around the house.

Describing helps us learn and use adjectives (e.g. colours, shapes, size, feel). This is the language we use to talk about key features of objects we see. Describing also helps us put objects into categories (e.g. transport, food, big things etc), this helps us understand the world around us, and to learn and access our language.

Preps have been describing 5 items in their fridges!

1/2’s have been describing objects in the living room 

3/4’s have been describing things in the garden!
