CAPA NEWS

Visual Arts

The CaPA Faculty's Visual Arts teachers are proud to announce the 2022 Year 11 Visual Arts Portrait Prize Exhibition for 2022.

Students were asked to paint a self-portrait or family portrait in conjunction with their recent assessment task submission and their 'Archibald Prize' excursion to the Art Gallery of NSW. The portraits are outstanding and are a true indication of their creative abilities and their tenacity towards learning.

It's also worth mentioning that the works of these students have been recognized by the Art Gallery of NSW.

This year we have four voting categories to acknowledge the exceptional work of our Year 11 Visual Art students. They are the Principal’s Award, SASS Staff Award, Critic’s Award, and the People’s Choice Award.
