State Robotics Success

Trinity students performed exceptionally well at the State Robotics Championships at Genazzano FCJ College last weekend.

Our soccer team came second in Standard league soccer and won silver medals. We also won a gold medal for the best Regional team.

The final was nail-biting and the lead changed a number of times before Melbourne High School won 8-7. This team was: Hunter Leersen, Blake Woolley and Angus Ferrari.

We also had some success in the On-Stage dancing robots with Tessa Tucker-Schwan and Maeve Smiljanic winning the best Regional Team.

Both teams have qualified to go to the National Championships in Adelaide at the end of the holidays!
