Leading 

by the Cowpasture

On Monday 17 October 2022, Jack Dempsey and I had the opportunity to attend Leadership by the Cowpasture for Day 1 and Day 2 at St Johns Park Bowling Club. 

This initiative allowed us to network with the leadership teams from surrounding primary and secondary schools in the Cowpasture area. 

We all gathered to further develop our leadership skills while enjoying the opportunity to build connections with Year 6 student leaders from our local schools. 

This opportunity helped us enhance our mindset and allowed us to witness exemplary leadership behaviours. We also learned how to plan for the future using SMART goals.

We also participated in many fun activities such as the Get To Know You Bingo, and valuable workshops that focused on qualities of leadership and types of leaders.
