Farewell

It’s with much sadness that I write this newsletter today. Tomorrow will be my last day as acting principal here at Carlton North. I have loved every minute of working at this wonderful school, and I will miss all of the children, staff and families who make up this community. The support I have received from this community has been completely overwhelming, and I am so grateful to everyone who gave advice, feedback, shared a laugh or hard work, day to day, and at community events. You are all very fortunate to be a part of this school community, it is special. However, it is special because each and every one of you are a part of it. I hope to say goodbye to as many of you as possible tomorrow, but I will come and visit soon. Special thanks must go to the wonderful leadership team, staff, and the school council. Their passionate advocacy and care for this school is just amazing. So long and thank you all.
