Congratulations to Hayden Parker who competed at the Western District Show Jumping Championships on the weekend. Hayden placed 1st in the 1:10m and was the Champion and 3rd place-getter in the John Barclay Memorial Junior Championship. Well done to Jack and Zoe Addinsall who competed at the Macarthur and Hamilton Campdrafts over the weekend. Zoe placed 2nd at Macarthur and equal third at Hamilton. Zoe also competed in the Hamilton Campdraft junior games and placed 3rd three times!

Individual and team equestrian achievements are important and valuable to collate over the course of the year in the lead up to the awards ceremony later in the year. Therefore students and parents are always encouraged to communicate details of equestrian achievements on a regular basis.

Please make sure you join our THAC Equestrian Facebook page for regular updates and photos of all our Equestrian endeavours. Updates and entry forms for competitions are also posted on this page so make sure you keep up to date! All equine students should be following this page.
Please note any horses who are regularly coming to and from the Hamilton and Alexandra College Equestrian Centre must be up to date with vaccinations for Tetanus and Strangles and records of these will be maintained to ensure the biosecurity of the centre. You must also notify the Director of Horsemanship immediately if your horse has been in or originated from Queensland or Northern New South Wales. Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions.
