Lost Property

We are unfortunately overflowing in lost property. 

Can I please ask:

* If you are missing a jacket, please check lost property for it asap. All those jackets belong to someone!

* Please clearly name your jackets with first and last name so that it can be returned. Make sure that all previous owners names are blacked out. 

 

As there are too many jackets to be hung up some have been placed in the drawer to the far left. 

 

As per school policy, all items in lost property will be cleared out at the end of Term 1. Useable jackets/uniform will be donated to 2nd hand uniform and other items will either be thrown out or donated to a charity if still in good condition. 

 

Please check the school hall foyer if you are missing items.

 

Mother’s Day Stall Dates

Tuesday 2nd May – This is a date change – Prep and Year 6, 1:30-3:30pm

 

Wednesday 10th May – Years 1-5, 9:00-1:30pm

 

Mother's Day Breakfast is planned for Friday the 5th of May.

 

Parent Association Meeting

Tuesday 28th March at 6:45pm in the School Staffroom

 

Agenda

  • Officially vote in President, Secretary and Treasurer as we cannot officially function as an association without these positions filled. While there are people that have put their hands up to fill these spots if you are wanting to have a go at any of these positions please say so. They can all be done as co/shared positions.
  • Discuss Mother's Day Stall
  • Discuss Mother's Day Breakfast

All Welcome. If you have an interest in helping the PA in any way at all, it would be great to see you at this meeting.

 

Year 6 and Prep Buddy BBQ

Every year, in Term 1, we hold a BBQ for the Preps and their Year 6 Buddies. This will be on Friday 31st March. We are looking for volunteers to help for this event from 9am – 1:30pm.

 

We will need people to help set up straight after school drop off, cook the sausages from recess onwards and then help serve and pack up.
