Enrolling Your Child
For new enrolments, please go to https://www.oshclub.com.au/register/
Please be careful to select Mount Pleasant Road, Vic and not Mount Pleasant, WA. CRN numbers and all birth dates must be entered correctly if you wish to claim the Child Care Subsidy.
Once your enrolment is complete it will be forwarded to the service for review. Once imported, you will be sent a confirmation email. Any questions, please feel free to contact us on the Mount Pleasant OSHClub program phone - 0427 144 945.
April Holiday Program
Bookings are now open for the upcoming holiday program. To book, please log into your iParent Portal account.
Online bookings close 7 days in advance of a session starting. If you need to make or change a booking outside of this time, please contact the program on 0427 144 945. We are always happy to make for change bookings from our end.

Curriculum Day - Monday 24th April
We will be running a full day program on Monday 24 April 2023.
The session will from 7.00am to 6.00pm at the cost of $69.50 (before any applicable Child Care Subsidy is applied).
How to book: Please log in to your account online at www.oshclub.com.au and book in under the Pupil Free Day Room.
Please note that online bookings close on the 19th of April. In order to book after this date, please contact us directly on 0427144945.
Drop off/Pick up
Parents/ guardians are required to sign children in for Rise and Shine sessions and sign children out of Stay and Play sessions using the service iPad. Please ensure you are coming to the room when dropping your children to Rise then Shine or holiday program. Please do not let them walk by themselves.
Sun Smart Policy
Please make sure your child has a spare sunhat with them when attending OSHClub. This does not need to be a school hat. They are welcome to keep their hat in our OSHClub hat tub or in their bag. Hats are to be work for outdoor play when the UV rating is at 3 or above.
We have Coles brand sunscreen on hand, however, children are welcome to bring their own if preferred.
Cancellation of Bookings
IMPORTANT: If your child is booked in for an afternoon Stay and Play session and that booking is no longer required, please cancel the booking on the iParent Portal. If you are cancelling on the day, please contact us on the program phone before 3:15pm.
We are responsible for all children booked into our care. If a child does not arrive to after school care when booked in to attend, we will need to confirm the whereabouts of the child by contacting parents/guardians and emergency contacts. If we cannot successfully do this, it then becomes a missing child incident.
As you can imagine, this can be very stressful!
Thanks for your cooperation by notifying us of any Stay and Play absences.
Bookings
Online bookings for Rise then Shine and Stay and Play sessions close 24 hours in advance. Online bookings for the Holiday Program and Curriculum Days close 5 days in advance.
If online bookings have closed, and you would like to make or cancel a booking, please SMS the program phone on 0427 144 945.
