Principal's Notes

Dear families,
Welcome Breakfast
We are really looking to our Welcome Breakfast on Monday morning at 8am. This is a great chance to meet and welcome our new families and teachers to the school. The menu sounds delicious with choices of toast, juice, fresh fruit and pancakes. Tea and coffee will also be available. Thanks to Merryn for organising the food.
Picnic Sports
Next Friday on the 10th March, Miss Purnell has planned an action packed day filled with events for our Picnic Sports. The program has been sent home today as well and please bring along on the day to follow the order of events.
Our program will begin at 10am and conclude around 3pm. Students can arrive with their families in time for events or at their normal time for school. Buses will be still running on that day. Students are encouraged to dress up in their team colours.
Somers Camp
We received great news this week that all our Year 5 and 6s have a confirmed spot to go to Somers camp in term 2 if they wish to go. I have sent home forms and information this week for our Year 5/6 students. Please return the confirmation letter that your child wants to attend by Thursday 9th March to hold their spot. Any questions please contact me at school to discuss.
