UNIFORM AND HOT LUNCH ORDERS REQUIRE CDFPay

PROCEDURE FOR CANTEEN/HOT LUNCH QUERIES OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS 

  1. ABSENT ON HOT LUNCH DAY:  The office goes through student absences prior to the canteen ladies receiving the list of orders for the day.  The office will arrange a credit for you in the event that your child is absent on a hot lunch day.  You can use this credit on anything that requires CDFpay payments.
  2. Please DO NOT call or text Deb Carmody.  All canteen/ hot lunch enquiries are to come through the office via email or Flexibuzz.
  3. WHAT IS THE LATEST YOU CAN ORDER FOR THE COMING WEEK: Hot Lunch orders need to be submitted by Tuesday, 5pm on the week of the hot lunch.  You can order in advance or week by week.
  4. CANCELLING ORDERS:  You can cancel your own order if it is done BEFORE the cutoff time of 5pm Tuesday for hot lunches.  You will then see the credit from the cancelled order.
  5. TIP FOR SELECTING MULTIPLE ITEMS:  Did you know that if you are selecting multiple items of the one thing  ie 3 X sausage rolls, you don't need to add each sausage roll as a separate item?  You add one item  (in this case a sausage roll) to the cart, then with the plus button you can then select how many sausage rolls you wish to order or put 3 in the box next to the order.  This is easier for the lovely people who are packaging the lunches before delivery.
  6. SAUCEThere are sauce bottles in each tub that goes to the classrooms, so you don't need to worry if you have forgotten to indicate sauce in your order.
