In the first week of Term 3 your child will bring home a permission form from ADHV. It will be a paper form, as it is provided by ADHV, and cannot be completed on Compass.
You need to fill in the form and have your child return it to the General Office at the College.
This must be returned no later than 7 August 2020 so that the ADHV team can organise the visit.
The appointments will begin on Monday 31 August 2020 and your child will be informed prior when their appointment is scheduled.
If you have any questions, please call or email me at the College.
