Student Work
Term 2 in Review
This term has been like no other and we are justifiably proud of how our students have responded to the changes in their education delivery. Please enjoy looking back at the high standard of work achieved at home and on campus.
Artwork
As the last remote learning task for Junior Art, students studied a contemporary street artist named 'Mysterious Al' and made a collage work appropriating his style.
Some students in Miss Stott's Year 9 ceramics class had a go honing their skills on the pottery wheel in the last few classes of the semester. They took it in turns to watch and try, and had a really fun time getting messy and developing new skills!

Here are great stories by Jack B and Kirilly M.
- Demonstrations
Jack showed us his BMX build in isolation.
Food Studies
During isolation, our Food Technology teachers set some exciting yet achievable tasks. However, no one expected such creative and impressive results. It seems that for many of our students, getting inspired in the kitchen was the most popular activity.
Year 8 students were asked to create something amazing from the 'basic buttercake recipe'. The results did not disappoint.
Chocolate Cake by Ned from Year 8
Performances
- Music in Isolation
Not even isolation could stop our music students from performing together.
- Dance Night
This year Dance Night took on a very different format with the new restrictions for gathering in place. Students in Years 9 and 10 worked hard on two routines each to provide an entertaining virtual concert that was enjoyed by many.
- Music Instructional Video.
Ben from Year 9, demonstrates how to play a C Major scale on the piano.
