Remembrance Day 2022

This year our library has focused on the 11th November and what it means to us.  Displays of items and books have focused on the involvement of Australian soldiers in various wars including the world wars and the Vietnam War.

Several classes have visited the library in the last week and have had the chance to read, learn about and think about what Australians in the past have contributed for our country.

HSC Preparation and Research Workshop in the Library

Recently we hosted a morning tea and workshop for about 30 Year 11 students about to begin their HSC studies. They were shown where and how to access resources to assist them with assessment tasks and preparation for the HSC.

It is great to see that the library is becoming increasingly popular during recess and lunch times with students playing games, reading books, doing homework, relaxing and chatting.
