Medical Action Plans and Authority to Administer Medication

Below are the medical action plans required to be lodged for 2023 for those students with the following medical conditions:

Diabetes
Seizures/Epilepsy
Asthma
Anaphylaxis

Also attached is the Deed of Indemnity and Request to Administer Medication documents which are required if you need the College to administer medication to your student whilst they are at school.
