As we approach the beginning of Summer, we find it hard to believe that we are nearly in December, when we are experiencing some interesting weather conditions. This week, we saw hail, followed by sun only minutes later. As we move into the end of November, there is still a lot happening!
Our Year 12s finished their exams last week and our Year 11s are now into their final week of headstart after their examination period.
Next week, our Year 10 students will commence their final week of school, with their first introduction to Year 11.
Our Year 9 students are also heading away on camp next week.
We would like to congratulate the following Year 9/10 students who represented our College in Halls Gap earlier this month as Rural Ambassadors: Ella L, Mehak K, Mal O, Bella J, Jasper P, Seanna F, Archer T, Sophie Q, Safa M, Luka C. This is a fantastic opportunity for our students and one that hopefully will continue to build.
Last week our school celebrated World Kindness Day - this is a fantastic opportunity to reflect on our current behaviours and look forward to making changes in our everyday lives of things that we can do to show kindness.
As our students finish up for the year, it is important that students ensure they have taken all of their belongings from their lockers, including their lock with them, as they are prepared for the following school year over the break.
