Congratulations to our Year 12 students who have now completed their final exams. As we now head towards the end of the year, things are getting increasingly busy for VTAC and the tertiary institutions, who will be working through student preferences and making offers over the course of December, January and February. VTAC has a range of resources and webinars for Year 12 students and their families to aid them through this time.
In order to assist during the very short change of preference period between December 12th and December 14th, VTAC has put together this helpful resource covering the contact details and support offered by the various institutions in Victoria.
VTAC is also offering a range of webinars to support students and families with understanding results, change of preferences and offers.
- The first two webinars getting ready for your results - what happens next? will focus on providing an in-depth explanation on the process of students receiving their results, changing preferences, and receiving and accepting offers.
- The getting ready for December round - what happens next? and getting ready for January round - what happens next? webinars will each focus specifically on preparing students on maximising their preferences for both December and January offer rounds to ensure they get the best possible outcome. They will have a focus on Q&A time to allow all questions to be answered.
I will be available to support students during the change of preference periods. Students and/or parents should first contact me by email or phone to set up a meeting either in person or on MS Teams.
