Our final game was against our Macedon neighbors, and Jack B took over as coach.   A hard-fought battle, with the first half scores locked at 23 all.  This was largely due to some tough defence and accuracy from the deep by Lincoln B, knocking down 3 three pointers.  In the second half, scores went back and forward. In the paint, Owen S was dominating, and Lincoln knocked down another 3.  The final minute saw Jahn W and Lincoln knock down crucial three to clinch the game.

The Gisborne Senior Girls put in a good fight winning their first game through persistence and teamwork and graciously taking a loss in their second game against some strong state players. A great effort put in by all on the day.

A great bunch of respectful and competitive students.
